Mô tả công việc
Advise, coordinate with Yuenan freelancer lawyer to advise on legal regulations on investment procedures with foreign company from start up to complete Investment plan.
Advice, coordinate with Yuenan freelancer lawyer to advise on investment registration certificate, enterprise registration certificates on clients business plans, submit documents: business registration, investment visa application, temporary resident card application, tax advisory, change of business registration, social insurance registration and etc.,
Advise, coordinate with Yuenan freelancer lawyer to advise on contract law, tax law, insurance law, enterprise law, investment law, civil code, labor law and related laws and decrees, circulars, decisions and etc.,
Researching, drafting documents and implementing administrative procedures with the Government.
Work and maintain good relationship with Government Officers to push customer's dossiers and solve the troubles if any.
Providing legal briefing and legal research.
Participating in other legal advice activities from customers.
Consulting in work permit, temporary residence, visa, etc,..for foreigners.
Coordinate with other internal departments to resolve client's issues;
Other tasks assigned by the Yuenan Legal.
Yêu cầu
University student or graduate in Law
Good command of English or Chinese , including interpretation and translation from Vietnamese to English and vice-versa.
Basic computer skills (Windows, WinWord, Excel); preparedness to learn computer software packages necessary for office work, especially on communication and information management.
Passionate about working with others to overcome and solve problems.
Ability to work under pressure, and practice routines and ad learning tasks.
