I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
1. Compliance Case Management - Amazon Vendor Central (AVC)
Collect and input compliance requests from AVC into the 2tracking sheet.
Upload compliance documentation to the AVC system and maintain organized soft copies in internal folders.
Complete Traceability form and associated information fields.
Prepare basic compliance forms using existing input information.
Monitor ASIN status change and update the tracking file accordingly.
2. Case Resolution - CDS Platform
Support the resolution of pending booking cases on CDS.
Track and update case progress; maintain detailed case notes.
3. Drafting of Test protocols
Draft basic test protocols by reviewing product materials and cross-referencing with restricted substances lists.
4. Regulatory Research & Monitoring
Monitor and report updates on applicable regulations.
Summarize findings and support implementation of updated compliance pratices.
5. General Legal & Compliance Support
Assist in verifying product details such as Country of Origin, CA Prop 65 requirements, etc. Update and maintain compliance information on the Legal Wiki.
Take meeting minutes, and contribute to periodic compliance reporting.

II. REQUIREMENTS
● Knowledge
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Law, Business, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of legal, regulatory, and compliance principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product compliance is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail, with an interest in compliance, regulatory research, and
data tracking.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking and listening).
● Skills
- Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage simple tasks independently.
● Experience
- Previous internship or any practical experience in legal, compliance, or
administrative role is an advantage.
