Mô tả công việc
• Research laws in various areas of the laws such as corporate law, investment law, etc;
• Draft application dossiers to apply for investment registration certificate (IRC), enterprise registration certificate (ERC), Work Permit, Procedures for changes of business lines, company establishment and other licenses upon clients' demand;
• Draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Prepare and translate application dossiers and documents;
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;
• Conduct administrative affairs and other tasks required by the company.
• Nghiên cứu luật trong các lĩnh vực khác nhau của pháp luật như luật doanh nghiệp, luật đầu tư, vv;
• Dự thảo hồ sơ đề nghị cấp Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký đầu tư (IRC), Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp (ERC), Giấy phép lao động, Thủ tục thay đổi ngành nghề, thành lập công ty và các giấy phép khác theo yêu cầu của khách hàng;
• Dự thảo hợp đồng, thỏa thuận và các văn bản quy phạm pháp luật khác;
• Chuẩn bị và dịch hồ sơ, tài liệu ứng dụng;
• Tham gia đàm phán và gặp gỡ với khách hàng;
• Thực hiện các công việc hành chính và các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của công ty.
Yêu cầu
• Graduates from Law Universities or Law Faculty of National University of Vietnam;
• At least 01 year to 02 years of experience in Law.
• Ability to speak English
• Working diligently and responsibly;
• Thinking actively with problem-solving skills;
• Work closely with other lawyers and clients;
• Multitasking skills;
• Good communication skills;
• Working time: from 8h30 to 17h30, lunch breaking time from 12h00-13h00.
• Candidates have worked for foreign and Korean enterprise is plused
