• Provide legal advice on pharma regulations (GMP, GDP, licensing, product registration) and ensure compliance with MOH and global policies
• Act as business partner to Sales & Marketing, Medical, Supply Chain, and Production supporting growth while managing risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (distribution, supply, HCP engagement, service agreements)
• Oversee compliance programs (HCP/HCO, anti-bribery, promotion rules) and risk management
• Lead and develop Legal & Compliance team
• Advise on corporate governance; manage external counsel and handle disputes
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Law (lawyer certificate is a plus)
• Min. 5 years' experience, preferably in pharma industry (manufacturing/distribution)
• Strong knowledge of pharma regulations, corporate/commercial law, and compliance (FCPA/anti-corruption)
• Experience with contracts, compliance programs, and regulatory environment
• Minimum 3 years in managerial role
• Fluent English (daily work with regional/global international teams)
