Mô tả công việc
• Draft, review contracts, legal documents, and internal materials to ensure compliance with the law.
• Provide legal advice to departments on matters related to business operations, investment, land, labor, and other arising legal issues.
• Participate in negotiations and dispute resolution with partners or third parties upon request.
• Promptly update and disseminate new legal regulations relevant to the company's operations.
• Coordinate in developing and reviewing internal rules, regulations, and operational procedures of the company.
• Represent the company in dealings with government authorities or relevant parties within the authorized scope.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management Board.
Yêu cầu
- Graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Law (candidates from Hanoi Law University or the School of Law - Vietnam National University, Hanoi are preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate legal affairs, including 1-2 years as Manager or equivalent position.
• Strong skills in legal drafting and document analysis.
• Ability to manage tasks and personnel effectively.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to work in teams and collaborate across departments.
• Proficient in computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English: Strong Intermediate level
{PREFER}
- Having a Lawyer Practicing Certificate is an advantage.
- Having experience in Industrial Real Estate.
