Mô tả công việc
The Legal Officer's responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Provide day-to-day legal supports/advices to the company's directors and departments, including but not limited to Commercial, Business, Corporate law, Tax, Labor, IP and Bid & Tender law
- Negotiate, draft and review contracts
- Manage the contract (collect signed contracts, file, register signed contract to Legal Service System)
- Amend Biz License upon Biz Plan & Development of the Company (including preparing the agenda, minutes and resolution for Member Council's meeting)
- Conduct contract training to company departments
- Handle other legal affairs assigned by Legal Manager
Yêu cầu
- University graduate with bachelor degree in law
- Have approximately 7 years or more experience working as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm
- Have experience in dealing with contract, Corporate Biz Activities
- Knowledgeable about commercial and corporate law, tax law, labor law and IP law
- Have good English skills
