Mô tả công việc
Draft and review various legal documents such as contracts, MOUs, application forms,
business letters, etc.;
Prepare operating license applications and regulatory filings (ERC, IRC, relevant
approvals/license), and work with authorities;
Update and maintain a database of relevant laws and industry-specific regulations;
Work with Headquarter in Korea to implement different compliance activities;
Assist in providing legal advice to other departments and BOD to reduce legal risks;
Ensure all the Company's activities comply with the regulations of the law (Vietnamese laws
and international regulations);
Monitor the law changes and offer suggestions for legal compliance of the company, such as
performing compliance checks, maintaining training programs, and engaging in resolving
emerging issues;
Support consulting and implementation of internal regulations, processes, issues solving, etc.,
relating to daily operation activities;
Other tasks related to legal as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a compliance officer in a multinational corporation
(MNC) or a similar position;
A Bachelor of Law degree or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Holding a Lawyer
Certificate would be an advantage;
Knowledge of various areas such as Tax, Labor, Commerce, Finance & Banking, Intellectual
Property, IT Security, Data Privacy, and Internal Training;
Understanding of regulations and compliance standards;
Ability to research and analyze regulation and reporting.
