I. JOB DECRIPTIONS
1. Intellectual Property Research:
Conduct comprehensive research on patents, trademarks, and copyrights relevant to Yes4All's products and business activities.
Manages intellectual property strategy, drafting, and filing across Yes4All's international markets.
Utilize databases, search engines, and other resources to identify existing IP rights and potential conflicts.
2. Report Generation:
Consulting, drafting, and legal review of daily or unexpected business operations issues according to Yes4All's requirements, from time to time.
Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and providing recommendations for further action.
Present research findings to internal stakeholders, including legal and business teams, to inform decision-making processes.
Synthesize information, research records and search for legal documents related to the Yes4All's business activities.
Propose measures to limit legal risks that may affect the company both now and in the future.

II. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Law, Intellectual Property, or related field.
Minimum of 02 years of experience in intellectual property, legal research, or a related field. Candidates who have experience in e-commerce are preferred.
Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with intellectual property laws and regulations, contract law, enterprise...
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work effectively.
