1. Core Legal Advisory & Contract Management (50%)
Provide legal advice to internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
2. Licensing & Regulatory Compliance (approximately 15-20%)
Handle licensing procedures and maintain legal documentation for company operations.
3. Legal Update & Monitoring (approximately 15-20%)
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
4. Data Protection & Reporting (approximately 10-15%)
Prepare reports and ensure compliance with personal data protection and other legal requirements.
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related fields, ...
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience (law firm or in-house).
- English: Good command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
