Mô tả công việc

- Working in close cooperation with colleagues in Legal Department and Project Development on the planning, structuring, licensing and execution of various real estate projects, including M&A and financing projects.
- Drafting and reviewing a variety of real estate contracts (sale and purchase, lease, construction, consultancy, etc.) in both English and Vietnamese.
- Identifying and advising on legal risks in connection with the development of new real estate projects
- Assist colleagues on an ad-hoc basis on legal issues pertaining to other functions in our project (commercial contracts, corporate issues, licensing, labor issues, etc.

Yêu cầu

- Vietnamese national.
- Bachelor's degree (or above) in law.
- Minimum 2 years' experience from law firm, in-house or government legal advisor, focusing on matters related to real estate, land issues and construction.
- Professional familiarity with the Law on Housing, the Land Law, the Law on Real Estate Business, the Law on Construction, and their implementing decrees and circulars.
- Good knowledge of procedures applicable to real estate project licensing, housing development, land clearance, and construction permits.
- Familiarity with construction contracts, including FIDIC contracts, will be an advantage.
- Excellent Vietnamese and English skills (written and oral).
- Good knowledge of foreign investment regulations and corporate and commercial legal matters relevant to foreign invested enterprises.
- Technical insights in hospitality and legal matters applicable to hospitality and gaming business is a strong advantage, but not required.

Quyền lợi

- Working time Monday-Friday (8:00 - 17:00), lunch break: 1 hour
- Free bus card for Becamex Tokyu bus
- Salary: 8-10 mil VND (based on capacity)
- Support for telephone fee, lunch, housing, training courses
