The Job
The IT Operation Support - Level 1 is responsible for providing first-line technical support to internal users, troubleshooting basic IT issues, and ensuring smooth operation of company systems and devices. The role involves handling user requests, maintaining IT equipment, and escalating complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
User Support
- Provide first-level support to users for company systems such as CRM software and Softphone systems.
- Receive and handle IT requests from internal departments including Sales, Logistics, Business Development, and Marketing.
- Assist users with computer usage, system access, and business software applications.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to CRM systems used for sales operations.
Account & System Support
- Create and manage user accounts for new employees upon HR request (CRM accounts, email accounts, etc.).
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining VoIP call center systems under supervision.
- Support basic network connectivity troubleshooting (LAN/WiFi).
Incident Management
- Log and track IT incidents and service requests.
- Ensure timely response and resolution in accordance with IT support procedures and SLA requirements.
- Escalate complex technical issues to Level 2 / System / Development teams when required.
IT Maintenance Support
- Assist in routine system maintenance and equipment checks.
- Support periodic system backup and IT maintenance activities.
Your Skills and Experience
Technical Skills
- Basic troubleshooting skills for computer hardware, operating systems, and office software.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and common office applications.
- Experience handling office peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of computer networking (LAN/WiFi).
- Basic understanding of VoIP or call center systems is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Good communication and customer support skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn new technologies.
Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support / helpdesk is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
