Design and build game levels using internal tools.
Understand level pacing and progression, and apply it effectively in level design.
Analyze player behavior data to evaluate level performance and make improvements.
Iterate on levels based on feedback and data insights.
Contribute creative ideas to game design and gameplay features.
Collaborate with Game Designers, Artists, and Developers to enhance player experience.
Intern (2-3 months): Receive intensive training, complete learning tasks, and get familiar with real production workflows
Part-time: Participate directly in real projects with increased responsibilities and income
Official Employee: Become a full-time employee with long-term career growth opportunities
