• Manage air freight rates, cargo space, and bookings with airlines/GSA partners.
• Negotiate and update air freight rates for Co-load & Direct Business.
• Manage cargo space allocation and maximize weight/volume utilization, including BSA/Block Space where applicable.
• Handle airline bookings and monitor flight schedules, confirmations, and changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with airlines/GSA partners; stay updated on routes, rates, and promotional policies.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor market rates and capacity to support competitive pricing and efficient air freight operations.
