Livestream Host Executive

Key Responsibilities
Advanced Livestream Performance & Conversion Optimization
Take the lead host role in large-scale live broadcast campaigns (Mega/Daily Livestreams) with Top Creators on TikTok Shop and Shopee Live.
Apply advanced selling techniques (including scarcity creation, cross-selling, and calls to action) to drive Conversion Rate and achieve the assigned commercial revenue targets.
Maintain stable performance, professional engagement, and strong audience Retention Rate throughout long broadcast sessions lasting 4 to 12 hours.
Script Mastery & Content Strategy
Master and accurately convey the product's Unique Selling Points (USPs). Coordinate with the Content and Project Management teams to refine communication messages so they best fit the target customer group.
Demonstrate flexible improvisation: independently adjust content live on air based on real-time engagement analytics and sales progress, without relying entirely on a teleprompter.
Live-Ops Coordination & Crisis Management
Coordinate closely with the Technical and Livestream Operations team to ensure the broadcast runs smoothly, including activating promotions and marketing tools at strategic moments.
Handle arising incidents (technical issues, inventory status, or negative audience feedback) promptly and professionally, minimizing disruption to the consumer experience.
Strictly comply with the platform's terms of service, content moderation policies, and restricted keyword lists to protect the safety of the broadcast.
Data Analysis & Mentorship
Participate in post-campaign performance reviews, analyzing key performance indicators (such as PCU, RPM, CTR) to draw lessons and propose optimization solutions for future projects.
Support the training, professional guidance, and hands-on skill transfer for newly joined Interns.
Candidate Profile
Top priority is given to candidates who learn quickly, proactively absorbing new platforms, tools, product knowledge and feedback and applying them immediately in subsequent livestream sessions.
Open to fresh university graduates, candidates who have just completed their study program and candidates with work experience, provided they can commit to full-time working hours; prior experience in livestream selling, hosting or MC work is an advantage, as are internships, part-time work, student club activities or a personal content channel related to livestreaming, hosting or e-commerce.
Bachelor's degree in a field related to KOL marketing, livestreaming or e-commerce, such as E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration, with a strong academic record.
A genuine passion for livestream selling, with the habit of regularly watching shopping livestreams on TikTok Shop, a good understanding of livestream culture, viewer behavior and how a session is run, and a willingness to master platform policies and restricted-keyword lists; familiarity with Shopee Live is an advantage.
Dynamic and creative, proactively proposing fresh ideas for scripts, product demonstrations, selling angles and on-air audience engagement to keep viewers watching longer and lift conversion from one session to the next.
Enthusiastic about working with artists, celebrities and creators/KOLs, and able to partner smoothly with Top Creators on large-scale livestreams while maintaining a professional, tactful manner and strict confidentiality regarding artist, brand and campaign information.
Hard-working and highly committed, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; willing to work assigned shifts, including public holidays during Mega Sale campaign periods.
Professional, likeable on-camera presence, with accurate pronunciation, a clear voice and the vocal and physical stamina to keep delivery consistent throughout long livestream sessions.
Confident communication and composure when handling unexpected situations on air, together with honesty and transparency in presenting and recommending products to protect the trust of brand partners and the reputation of THN Network.
