Mô tả công việc
- Manage and operate all activities of the import-export and warehouse team
- Manage, store import and exxport records to perform transactions, negotiate, and sign contracts with customers...
- Complete import and export procedures and documents such as processing contract, shipping documents, import and export documents, payment procedures, goods, delivery anf receipt procedures.
- Receive, inspect, compare and import and export dossiers with actual quatities at the border gates in the course of making goods clearance, liquidation dossiers.
- Manage and track orders anf contracts. Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the correct delivery anf receipt of goods.
- Following sub-con's planning and export shipment
- Connect with customs department and solve all issues relating to the shipments.
- Control forwarding companies and outsource vendors and make plan for freight cost.
- Supervise the customs import procedures provied by the logistic service provideer and arrange the filling needed for tax & customs auditing requirements.
- Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.
- Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
- Organise warehouse, label, goods, plot routes, and process shipments.
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 10 years experience, 3 years of managing in related field
- Can start working ASAP
