Mô tả công việc
Confirm delivery method, check in Sage when FG are ready.
Define and Maintain logistic procedures, ensure all packing list, invoice and booking to be controlled
properly.
Properly communicate logistic documents to forwarder to book the vessel or air space, inform the goods
ready date, the way of Customs declaration, the address for picking up.
Ask for the Hawb or B/L after goods deliver, checking the debit note with forwarder about each shipment
& payment.
Checking FOB deposit and export SO report. And inform RCH to close repeat SO monthly
Arrange TNT & UPS& DHL shipment about importing and exporting, shipment about OEM customer.
Monitor to Fill all bill of lading and do all movement as per Warehouse updating delivery notes & Bills
Yêu cầu
Have 5 years of progressive experience in the logistics functions.
Degree and/or relevant qualifications and training associated with Logistics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Interpersonal and negotiation skills
Good command in English, able to work with international teams independently.
Logical thinking and explanation capability.
Strong personality and time management
