Job descriptions
· Monitoring FG quantity and delivery schedule, closely working with production to ensure the delivery on time.
· Handling export - import tasks follow company's policies and procedure.
· Preparing document for customs declarations and other required documents that describe materials being shipped and complying with all import/export regulations.
· Following the shipping process and solving the arising issue.
· Saving data for tracking history on shared drive and supplier data.
· Work with supplier for the material and consumable replenish schedule
· Proceeding payment request for suppliers and follow till the payment done also cooperate with Finance if there are any issues with payment.
· Cooperate with relevant team for the saving cost
· Prepare and submit regular reports on-time
· Keep record fully for needed documents
· Keep Safety and 5S follow company's policies.

Job requirements
Graduate from University.
More than 2 years of experience and worked in manufacturing companies.
Negotiation, analysis, time management skill.
Able to work in team and under high pressure.
MS Office (excel, word, PowerPoint...). Good at excel will be preferable.
