Mô tả công việc:
Organize and follow processing contract with customs
Make annual liquidation of processing contract with customs
Manage procedures and communication with customs
Lead customs declaration process for import and export shipments (using ECUS software, preparing documents, communicating with customs)
Organize customs clearance with agents in Vietnamese airports and ports (Noi Bai, Hai Phong, etc.).
Preparing reports for statistics Department and customs
Preparing internal reports for Director and Accounting Department
Work in coordination with Accounting Department to set up yearly financial report

Trình độ học vấn: College
Số năm kinh nghiệm: 2 năm
Ngôn ngữ: Tiếng Anh (Có thể làm việc)
Yêu cầu khác:
• Academic background in Logistics; Economic; English
• Minimum 2 years of work experiences in logistic field
• Work experiences with the Customs, VCCI, MOIT is a real plus
• Experience of work with ERP system is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools and customs software (THAI SON)
• English: necessary to be fluent orally and in writing
