Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to arrange loading schedules and delivery plans.
Be responsible for export documentation of export shipments (including CO if assigned).
Check and negotiate with forwarders to obtain competitive prices for export-related services (optional as assigned by the direct manager).
Coordinate with relevant departments and suppliers to arrange customs clearance and delivery plans to the factory.
Be responsible for preparing documents for import shipments as assigned by the direct manager.
Graduated from college & above major on Economic/Accounting/Foreign Trade or related field.
At least 1 year experience as the same position.
Knowledge and experience in the field of Logistics or Accounting.
Good at communication and teamwork spirit.
Withstand high work pressure.
Computer knowledge (excel, word, PowerPoint), good excel & VNACCS softwareare required
