Logistics cum Homologation Assistant Manager

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Monitor performance for different service providers including on time delivery, cargo damages, shipment delays, customs lead-time, rate card, vendor selection and etc.
Make sure all shipments for all location received costly, smoothly, on time.
Manage all activities to comply custom regularization / requirements
In charge for bike homologation
Ensure all import policy and procedures are developed and implemented.
Negotiate with clearance custom agencies to guarantee cost efficiency and monitor their performance
Manage duty bill transaction and review freight charges
Collaborate with senior management and ensure compliance to all trade regulations and changes
Coordinate with all managers to ensure adequate supply and availability of P&A, bikes, merchandise for selling
Work with local authorities like Custom Department, Vietnamese Register, and Tax Department.
Responsible for all related documents, procedures, process in receiving shipment on time and efficiently
Work closely with truckers, forwarders, and transportation services to get the best service and price
Follow-up and solve problems during the transport process
Design all compliance forms and templates, prepare required reports and maintain an efficient, accurate import database
Complete monthly import shipment report and monthly customs data reconciliation report
Other duties as assigned by Logistic Manager and GD
