Logistics Customer Service

1. Education & Experience
• College degree or above; majors in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service or operations experience in freight forwarding preferred.
• Fresh graduates with strong learning ability are also welcome.
2. Professional Skills
• Good understanding of sea freight processes: booking, trucking, gate-in, customs declaration, documentation.
• Familiar with major carriers (MSC, MAERSK, COSCO, ONE, EMC, etc.) and shipping portals.
• Able to handle BL, SI, VGM, invoice, packing list, HS code, and other basic documentation.
3. Language Skills
• Good command of English for daily communication (both written and spoken) is required.
• Spanish and/or Chinese language abilities will be considered a strong advantage.
4. Competencies
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc).
