Mô tả công việc
• Develop and onboard transportation suppliers, negotiate and sign cooperation agreements, and optimize transportation costs through price comparison and route planning.
• Receive transportation requests from the Business Department and assign the most suitable transportation suppliers based on routes and delivery timelines.
• Monitor the entire transportation process, track shipment status, and ensure timely and accurate delivery.
• Handle transportation exceptions, including cargo damage, delays, and vehicle allocation issues, while coordinating with relevant parties to resolve problems efficiently.
• Verify freight invoices with transportation suppliers, prepare settlement documents, and submit them to the Finance/Commercial Department for payment processing.
• Conduct regular evaluations of supplier pricing and service quality to continuously optimize transportation resources and improve operational efficiency.
Yêu cầu
• Language: Proficient in Chinese or English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to understand logistics documentation and business correspondence.
• Technical Skills: Solid understanding of domestic road transportation operations and end-to-end logistics processes.
• Core Competencies: Strong negotiation, cost control, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to independently handle transportation emergencies.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, data-sensitive, able to work under pressure, and possess strong execution skills.
• Candidates with experience in Vietnam domestic transportation and cross-border logistics operations will be given priority.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: VND 15,000,000 - 22,000,000 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
- Full Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor regulations
