• Lead and manage the logistics team within the Electric Motorcycle Paint Shop.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize inventory management and material flow.
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all logistics operations.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics documentation and reports.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall production goals.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes and systems.
Yêu cầu
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong understanding of logistics processes and inventory management.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with logistics software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
