Production Manager

Position Summary:
As a Production Manager at VinFast, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the manufacturing processes at our new Ha Tinh facility. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations while maintaining the highest quality standards. This position requires a proactive leader who can drive continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of safety and excellence within the team.
Job Description:
• Lead and manage all aspects of production operations at the VinFast Ha Tinh plant.
• Develop and implement production plans to meet company goals and customer demands.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards in all manufacturing processes.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflows and resource allocation.
• Train and mentor production staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production performance to senior management.
