Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for logistics innovation (import, export, warehousing in factories and so on) as below;
- Global Rate Management
- Operation Policy & Change Management
- Performance Management
- IRRE Management
- Monitoring, Reporting, Supporting, etc
• Accountable for Innovation of SDSVs' logistics operation in manufacturing area as below;
- Innovation Task Development & implementation
- Schedule management of SDSV Innovation tasks
- Supporting the innovation tasks
* Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for set up operational index and monitoring
• Responsible for understanding & gathering internal/external data to find operational index
• Responsible for analyzing & identifying internal/external customer's operation data to find Root-
Causes, Impact, Opportunity, etc.)
• Responsible for finding insight and cooperate with innovation group to support developing
Innovation task & designing detail solution in terms of process efficiencies, system required
Functionality enhancement, etc. for SDSV division
Yêu cầu
• Minimum 2 years' experience in statistics, logistics, SCM, freight forwarding or shipping industry (required in SCM/Logistic Strategy & Process consulting experience)
• Bachelor degree in Logistics or SCM or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent working experience
• Able to communicate clear and concise instruction in a professional manner
• Good problem solving and decision making skills
• Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervisor
• Proficient in computer applications, especially in Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in English
* Preferred Qualifications:
• Having experience in both of operation & Innovation in freight forwarding or shipping industry is preferred
• SCM/Logistics Solution consulting experience & System Implementation leading skill-set preferred
• Industry SCM Operation & Biz Innovation experience preferred (Electronics' Manufacturing & Logistics preferred)
• Digital Logistics Transformation experience preferred
• Having experience in relative SAMSUNG logistics is preferred
• Having experience in consulting firm is preferred
• Fluent in English
