Review full set of import shipping documents
Submit documents for approval and process payment for import-export fees
Check and follow up purchase orders with suppliers and shipping lines; update shipment schedule to relevant departments
Coordinate with customs agents to prepare all required customs documents and ensure timely customs clearance
Update delivery schedules for customers and prepare all necessary documents for delivery

Trình ký và thực hiện bộ chứng từ thanh toán cho các chi phí xuất nhập khẩu
Kiểm tra, xác nhận và theo dõi các đơn hàng với nhà cung cấp và hãng tàu. Cập nhật tình hình hàng hóa cho các bộ phận liên quan.
Phối hợp với dịch vụ hải quan chuẩn bị chứng từ của đơn hàng, đảm bảo thông quan hàng hóa đúng tiến độ.
Cập nhật, theo dõi lịch

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
3rd-year or 4th-year students majoring in Import-Export, Economics, or related major (available for full-time working is preferable)
Careful, honest, proactive, and able to adapt quickly
Good English communication skills
Sinh viên năm 3 hoặc năm 4 các chuyên ngành Xuất nhập khẩu, Kinh tế... (ưu tiên có thể làm full-time)
Cẩn thận, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn và có khả năng thích ứng tốt
