Mô tả công việc
Job description:
• Manage and oversee daily logistics operations for the delivery express network, including route planning, scheduling, and driver coordination.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules based on traffic, weather, and other external factors to ensure timely and cost-effective service.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost control and identifying opportunities for savings.
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of logistics coordinators, drivers, and warehouse staff.
• Handle customer complaints related to delivery delays, issues, or damages and work to resolve them promptly.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with third-party transportation providers warehouses, and other partners.
• Manage processes for shipments, ensuring accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and returns.
• Ensure all deliveries meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in logistics operations.
Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics operations, transportation systems, and supply chain best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of regulations and safety standards for transportation and delivery services.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and optimize delivery processes.
