Mô tả công việc
1) Communication shipping schedule with customer.
2) Handle all process for all export shipments (Booking, shipping, invoice).
3) Follow Engineering Invoice (Tooling/ sample's invoice) processing.
4) Take care of customer claims
5) Handle any problem with forwarder/customs.
6) Make customs BOMs
7) Check and arrange payment to forwarder
8) Manage declaration sheets returned from customs broker and file record
9) Preparation documents to get C/O from government, then send to customer
10) Work on others task from Manager
Yêu cầu
1. Background - Mechanical or Industrial or Electrical /Electronic Engineering
2. Experience i. Minimum of 5 years managing SMT/ PCBA manufacturing engineering ii. Experience in SMT: Wave Soldering Process / Board Rework- Debugging / ICT / Functional Board Testing iii. Experience in Product Realization Process with proof of experience in leading a customer focus team for a smooth product transfer and/or realization into mass production. iv. Knowledge of Automotive practices (APQP / PPAP) is a sure advantage
3. Exposure of Business review for Engineering & Engineering performance measurement
