Mô tả công việc
(1) BROAD SCOPE:
• In charge of Ocean import/export/ billing job for external customers
(2) ESSENTIAL DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Directly contact with customers and carrier or other logistics service providers (LSP) for export & import shipments (booking space, customs clearance, trucking, track & trace report, etc). Make tracking, daily report to customers.
• Contact with carriers and customers to solve if have any issue.
• Key in shipment's information on Cello system and doing other assign job related to system.
• Make sure on-time payment with customers, vendors and inter-company payment.
• Receive and check quotation, debit notes from other logistics service providers (LSP)
• Report to Group leader when requested.
• Support members in the Team when required.
• Other duties as and when assigned by Group Leader/ Management

Yêu cầu
(a) EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION:
• University graduated.
• Good English speaking and writing
(b) EXPERIENCE:
• 5 - 8 year experience in freight forwarding and Logistics field (import/export/customs clearance)
• Have operation experience directly with Global carriers
• Have strong customer service experience with international companies
• Experience in handling cargos to the US
(c) SKILLS:
• Computer: Good at Excel, PowerPoint and Words
• Good communication skills: both speaking and writing (email)
• University graduated.
• Good English speaking and writing
