Logistics Operation Staff (80%)
1- Support in handling all shipments ie shipping schedule, shipping documents, ...
2- Assisting in tracking our partner's CO applications and customs declarations, ensuring they comply with our company requirements.
3- Receive information from foreign and domestic customers, colleagues in the company and co-operate well with partners/ co-workers (customs, forwarders, carriers, trucking companies...) to provide good service to customer & also avoid any trouble.
4- Customer service carefully and on time.
5- Response and discuss to customers some information related to shipments such as cost incurred, missing documents...
6- Effectively solve customers' complaints (if any). Connect closely to customers to avoid/to solve any problem (if any).
7- Collect and check rate: ocean freight/trucking rate/customs rate to make sure the best rate for sale.
8- Report to Supervisor for any irregularity.
9- Have experience and relationship with customs clearance and shipping lines.
10- Monitor Value added services (customs, trucking, others) activities to ensure that shipments are arranged and delivered on time.
11- Well-coordinate with all related parties at different locations to ensure appropriate & timely actions.
12- Manage service performance & KPIs; providing action plans for further improvement.
Admin Assistance (20%)
13- Plan and organize the office work and monitor the distribution of the office activities to ensure workflow and simplicity of office work procedures.
14- Organize, keep, and follow all the office files and records to make it easy to refer to and get required information.
15- Provide required stationary, office facilities for the office work follow up with the office systems and how to make use of them to help work flow.
16- Doing admin job i.e., arrange the meeting with customers/partner, filing data etc.
17- Follow and observe health, safety and environment systems and regulations and take due precautions and preserve the company's assets and properties.
18- Perform other assigned duties.
