Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist ($1100, ID20107)
Coordinate and monitor sea, air, trucking, customs, and express shipments.
Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and operational procedures.
Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Work closely with carriers, agents, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
Prepare operational reports and support process improvements.
Assist in implementing SOPs, operational policies, and training activities.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirement
Male/Female, age: under 40 years old
Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
Good at English
Strong knowledge of sea/air freight, trucking, and customs procedures.
Good problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Customer-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
