Role Summary
As part of our
business development plan, we are recruiting Logistics Sales position for the HAN office. These roles focus on supporting sales activities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal departments. Daily tasks include learning customer requirements, developing relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating closely with customer service/operations teams. We value attitude and learning ability more than prior experience. Training will be provided for motivated candidates.
Specific Accountabilities
- Support sales team to secure new customers and create business opportunities for Freight Forwarding/Logistics services in Vietnam and internationally.
- Searching for and expanding new customer target lists.
- Take care of customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop customer network and support market development based on company strategy.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and contributing to the company's business growth.
- Collaborate with internal departments to monitor shipments and assist in solving arising Issues during service delivery.
- Prepare reports and perform tasks assigned by
Sales manager.
Yêu cầu
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Air / Sea / Logistics is a plus (training will be provided).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to learn.
- Computer skills: MS Office Word, Excel, PPT
- Basic to intermediate English communication skills (email and daily work communication).
- Reliable, Proactive, honest, and responsible.
- Passionate about developing a Sales career.
Experience and Qualifications
- Graduate from a 3-year college or university in Sales, Trade, Business Administration or relevant fields.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or international trade is a PLUS (but not required.)
- Proactive and supportive working attitude.
- Detail-oriented but able to prioritize tasks without over-analyzing.
- Willingness to take ownership and follow through on tasks.
