Mô tả công việc
Job Summary: Responsible for shipping doc preparation, SAP outbound & billing creation.
1. Shipping doc preparation
SAP outbound creation and detailed packing list for warehouse preparing for shipment;
Upload packing list into ECUS system;
Print out doc for truck's driver picking up goods.
2. Create Billing from SAP systems for all customer's order
3. Prepare all payment requests under POB, liquidation fee for forwarder
4. Provide the shipping mark data to Warehouse for fabric sticker label preparation
Create a shipping mark form according to the specifications of the customer;
Provide shipping mark sample for WHS to stick on the finished fabric.
Yêu cầu
Education: College degree above in Major/Subject: Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or related;
Experience: Over 1 years related working experience, experience in manufacturing is preferred;
Language: Fluency in English and/or Chinese;
Skills: Communications and influencing, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
