Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor

Wahl Vietnam is a subsidiary of Wahl Clipper Corporation, a global manufacturer of branded Consumer and Professional products, has an exciting opportunity for a team-oriented individual to fill the role of Logistics & Warehouse Supervisor.
Reporting: Wahl Vietnam's Senior Supply Chain Manager
Missions:
To oversee all activities of warehouse and logistic operations in Vietnam, collaborating with 3PLs and internal teams for the management of warehouses (internal and external), inbound and outbound deliveries, import and export processes, transportation, and delivery of goods to customers on time, in full and at the optimum cost, complying with Vietnam relevant laws and Wahl's internal policies.
Lead, provide direction, evaluate, and develop staffs of warehouse and logistics team to ensure that the organization's logistics and warehouse strategies and operations are implemented effectively, consistently, and according to established guidelines and budgets to meet requirements and supporting short- and long-term business needs.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and activities include some or most of the followings: inventory control, warehousing management, transportation, import & export. Involving and working closely with internal and external stakeholders such as production, sourcing, finance, customer services, planning, 3PLs and customs.
1.HSE:
Ensure that workplace's health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the warehouse facility and materials storage.
Enforces warehouse good housekeeping according to company policies and HSE, 5S, C-TPAT standards are met.
2. Warehouse Operation:
Planning, organizing, and controlling of warehouse' overall operations.
Setup layout & space management to maximize materials storage.
Manage physical stock control to avoid lost, missing and damaged.
Prepare and make sure the related reports submitted on time and accurately.
Follow up transaction in ERP against with actual movement activities.
Root cause analysis and problem resolution for all warehouse operations.
Serve as liaison with all internal and external partners for daily operational activities.
Track, analyze and communicate key performance metrics
3. Logistics Operation:
Oversee the overall logistics budget; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize logistics resources and prioritize spending.
Collaborate and support Sourcing in the selection of logistics services providers and review contractual agreements.
Monitor the performance of logistics services providers and warehouses.
Manage logistic expenses in accordance with the logistic budget on an annual and monthly basis.
Involve in the import-export, customs related issues and working with related parties for requirements of customs audit, customs reports (included liquidation) and tax refund.
4. Team management and development:
Follow up & control daily absence and over time.
Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly for staff. Make plans to develop staffs of warehouse and logistics by external or on the job training.
Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse and logistics administration. Enhance well-being and capability through training and give opportunities for promotion.
Prepares and recommends operating and personnel budgets for approval. Monitors spending for adherence to budget, recommends variances as necessary.
5. Lean & Improvements:
Improve processes, guidelines, and procedures for receiving, storing, shipping, and delivering products to meet customer needs, developing strategies for reducing operating costs while maintaining high quality standards for services offered.
Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse and logistics transactions and activities.
Improvement & development of warehouse capacity's storage and loading/unloading.
