Mô tả công việc
According to the orders provided by the headquarters, schedule the monthly production plan and revise the weekly production plan to ensure that the orders can be shipped according to the predetermined plan.
Make immediate corrections to production orders with abnormal conditions;
When the order is insufficient, coordinate with the headquarters to adjust the order;
Responsible for booking with the freight forwarder, dragging the cabinet and other related matters, and then arranging the final packing date;
Keep abreast of market conditions to evaluate the efficiency and price of freight forwarding;
Responsible for the confirmation of export documents and bills of lading; responsible for liaising with export containers;
Follow up customer feedback from customer complaints;T O
Review and evaluate the price of new incoming orders, and evaluate the feasibility of the orders in combination with company costs;
Follow up the process of third-party inspection of orders;
Review all production plans, order allocation, weekly sales, and monthly sales reports involved in this department
Yêu cầu
1) Bachelor's Degree or 3-5 years of working experience in the related field equivalent from reputable universities.
2) Good command of English & Vietnamese (spoken and written).
3) Results oriented, strong follow up and good negotiation skills.
4) Pleasant personality and able to interact all level of people.
