Overall purpose of job:
The Warehouse Operation Quality Executive is responsible for executing quality tasks in the warehouse and to ensure the assigned tasks and commitments are completed timely, effectively, and efficiently.
· Participate in the oversight and execution the quality activities in the warehouse of JnJ Pharmaceuticals according to JnJ Quality Management Systems and ensure the safety, quality and benefit of the products that were received, picked, packed, stored, inspected, relabeled, and delivered to the Distributor.
· Contribute to the ongoing processes of assurance and enhancement of quality in the work of the department.
· Compile thorough and complete documentation of the work undertaken.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Monitoring, handling, and documenting any activities related to the implementation of quality management system at the warehouse.
· Ensure all the quality actions are executed through the collaboration with the related functions, including with external stakeholders.
· The position is accountable for executing and monitoring the daily quality activities at the J&J pharmaceutical warehouse which including:
- Receiving activities: Perform sampling and compliance check for incoming product.
- Relabeling activities: Monitor relabeling activity at warehouse, issue Batch record, perform redressing line inspection and final quality check for relabeled products.
- Dispatching handling: Cross check with warehouse in delivered product quantity, condition of transportation vehicles.
- Non-conforming products management: Coordinate with warehouse team in verification of non-conforming products isolated during receiving
· Collaborate with WH Operation quality specialist in handling quality tasks relating to controlled substances.
· Review and approve relabeling batch record, quality documents for product release, receiving, dispatching as assigned.
· Support Commercial Quality team in product return, escalation, quality product complaint, products quarantined and destruction, quality Issue investigation and CAPA completion, audit (internal and/or external), GSP training.
· Performs other assignments as required.
