Loss Prevention Supervisor

Watsons Vietnam is looking for a Loss Prevention Supervisor to strengthen our loss prevention, security, and risk management practices across our retail operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for minimizing inventory shrinkage, protecting company assets, ensuring operational compliance, and identifying potential risks across stores and distribution operations.
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong investigation skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to risk prevention.
Key Responsibilities
Loss Prevention, Audit & Risk Management
Conduct scheduled and surprise stocktakes, cash audits, and store compliance reviews.
Monitor inventory shrinkage, identify high-risk stores, and recommend corrective actions.
Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Coordinate stocktakes, post-pick audits, write-offs, and disposal activities at the Distribution Centre.
Prepare monthly shrinkage reports and facilitate quarterly review meetings.
Investigation & Incident Management
Investigate inventory losses, cash shortages, suspected fraud, and security incidents.
Analyze transaction records, CCTV footage, and operational data to identify irregularities.
Coordinate with relevant departments on investigations, recovery actions, and corrective measures.
Liaise with local authorities when required.
Security Systems & Asset Protection
Oversee the effectiveness of CCTV, EAS, alarm systems, and other security equipment.
Identify security vulnerabilities and recommend preventive measures.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of security standards and procedures.
Security Operations & Vendor Management
Supervise outsourced security services across retail operations.
Monitor security guard performance, service quality, and compliance.
Coordinate with security service providers to address operational issues.
Training & Awareness
Conduct loss prevention and security awareness training for employees.
Promote compliance with safety, security, and anti-theft policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in Loss Prevention, Security, Internal Audit, Investigation, or Risk Management, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role.
Experience in Retail, FMCG, Logistics, or Distribution is preferred.
Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, loss prevention controls, and security systems.
Proven analytical, investigation, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and spoken English and fluent Vietnamese.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
Willingness to travel frequently across Vietnam.
