Mô tả công việc
Providing legal advice to domestic and foreign organizations on various aspects of Vietnamese law (investment, business, commerce, labor, real [protected info]);
Planning and assisting Partner in cases management;
Communicating with customers, State agencies and related parties to resolve customer's cases and transactions;
Attending meetings with customers and third parties;
Researching and drafting consulting letters;
Drafting and negotiating agreements;
Assisting Partner in marketing and business development, internal matters for the company;
Managing, training and guiding to Junior Associates;
Performing other duties under the direction of the Partners;
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in law
A degree in law from an accredited university and admission to a Bar Association.
Fluent in English with listening, speaking, reading and very good writing ability
Experience and expertise in M&A, Corporate, Commercial, Investment, Compliance, Regulatory and other consulting fields;
At least 5 years of experience working in law firms advising on investment, business, commerce and litigation is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, self confidence and integrity;
Having ability actively work without supervision and be ready for work in the fastest time;
Having Capable of handling a variety of jobs, managing work and meeting client deadlines;
Gifted with logical and critical thinking, reasoning in legal analysis, negotiation and communication;
Having a service thinking mindset, understanding of business activities.
