Mô tả công việc
• Responsible for monitoring the machine to ensure stable and proper operation.
• Adjust technical parameters to meet product standards.
• Create and implement maintenance schedule for equipment.
• Monitor component wear & tear and propose replacements when needed.
• Monitor machine consumption and prepare periodic reports.
• Quickly troubleshoot technical issues to avoid production interruptions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure progress and quality.
• Comply with workplace safety regulations, use PPE, and follow standard procedures.
• Record, store maintenance documentation.
Yêu cầu
Years of Related Work Experience:
At least 1 years experience in same position.
Knowledge Requirements:
• Electrical, Mechanical or Automation University or college degree is preferred.
• English Average level.
• TPM implementation.
• Skilled in reading and analyzing technical drawings (mechanical, electrical, P&ID).
• Basic understanding of quality improvement methods such as LEAN, Six Sigma
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations.

SOP, SAP, AutoCAD, 5S, Microsoft Office Excel...
