Mô tả công việc
- Tiếp nhận yêu cầu kỹ thuật từ quản lý/thiết kế để triển khai gia công tiện phay dập theo bản vẽ.
- Trực tiếp vận hành máy (tiện,phay) cơ CNC để gia công phôi tạo sản phẩm.
- Vệ sinh sạch sẽ, sắp xếp gọn gàng và trì bảo dưỡng thiết bị phụ trách để luôn đảm bảo sẵn sàng.

- Machine operation on milling machines, lathes, and CNC equipment.
- Calibrate and align machines to ensure precision and accuracy in operations.
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and analyze machine errors to identify root causes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Yêu cầu
- Trình độ học vấn: trung cấp chuyên nghiệp trở lên, giao tiếp Anh Văn căn bản.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các máy móc(phay, tiện cơ và CNC).
- Có sức khỏe tốt.
- Siêng năng, chăm chỉ làm việc, chịu học hỏi, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Chịu được áp lực về khối lượng và tiến độ công việc.
- Sẵn sàng làm việc ngoài giờ khi có yêu cầu công việc.

- Proven experience as a mechanic working with milling, lathing, and CNC machinery.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine schematics.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers,
micrometers).
- Familiarity with CNC programming basics and control systems (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Physical stamina to handle heavy equipment and stand for extended periods.
- Vocational or technical certification in mechanical engineering or a related field preferred.
