Mô tả công việc
Position overview :
- Responsible for equipment installation, operation and maintenance
- Optimize manpower and equipment performance
Position responsibilities:
- Planning for the movement and installation of machinery and equipment, jigs for production line.
- Installing, testing, trial run, commissioning, acceptance & handing over to Production department
- Develop & deploy a maintenance plan for all machine and equipment systems
- Develop inspection manuals, operation manuals for equipment maintenance
- Daily monitoring condition of all equipment following indicators: cycle time, average repair time, average time between machine breakdown occurences, .. and improvement.
- Manage equipment failure history, analyze root cause and suggest preventive countermeasures
- Assist technicians in equipment maintenance and repairing activities
- Manage equipment specifications. Be responsible for change management
- Collaborate with production engineers to make improvements to machine and equipment to improve productivity and quality
- Manage consumables, spare parts inventory and plan related procurement to ensure sufficient quantity within approved budget
- Manage the status of workshop equipment and auxiliary equipment.
- Manage and ensure 5S & Safety.
