Maintenance & Facility Assistant Manager

OVERVIEW:



This role reports to the Maintenance & Facility Manager and takes responsibilities for overseeing all activities in the Maintenance and Facility department to ensure equipment and utility supply's reliability to support company goals. Provide expertise & technical supporting in resolution of problems related to Maintenance and Facility as needed. Manage and develop people. Control overall budget of the Maintenance and Facility department.



YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

● Manage all phases of equipment/facility installation and maintenance including preventive, scheduled, and non-scheduled maintenance of production facilities;

● Manage and provide technical guidance for the identification and analysis of technical operating problems, and for the design and modification of existing equipment facilities or Engineering related projects;

● Responsible for the management of water supply, power supply, workshop, lift, lighting, sewage dispose, fire control pumping station, compressor and air feed supply system etc in a smooth condition and make sure enough supporting to production;

● Supervise the implementation and maintenance of all safety, industrial health and environmental procedures in accordance with Plant and Company policies and guidelines;

● Drive Lean-Sigma manufacturing, manages and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, cost saving and overall efficiency in order to achieve world class manufacturing and cost saving targets.
