Mô tả công việc
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address issues before they become major problems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including dates, materials used, and costs
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce repair costs
- Work closely with other departments to ensure that all equipment and facilities are functioning properly and that guest needs are met
- Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints related to maintenance issues
- Train and supervise maintenance staff, ensuring that they are properly trained on safety protocols and efficient work practices
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in resort maintenance to ensure that the resort remains competitive and efficient
Yêu cầu
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field
- Proficient in electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
