Maintenance Manager

1.1 Management of the entire maintenance team
• Managing the safety of subordinates
• Labor management and allocation of work to maintenance team
• Implementation of health and safety measures to prevent occupational accidents
1.2 Maintenance of the incinerator
• Understanding of operation and facility condition of incinerator
• Arrange and supervise scheduled and unexpected maintenance operation; inform persons in charge
• Order and contract of scheduled and unexpected maintenance operation (up to handover to procurement)
• Evaluate and find maintenance companies/contractors
• Manage consumables & spare parts
• Deal with facility trouble (arrange contractors)
• Deal with disasters (fire, earthquake, etc.)
• Promote environmental protection (dust/ash dispersion prevention, drainage regulations)
• Implement safety patrols
• Guidance on compliance (e.g. banning removal of waste/incinerated materials/equipment)
• Create annual/medium/long-term maintenance plans
• Create and determine maintenance standards (update cycle, content)
• Manage maintenance performance
• Process management during scheduled maintenance periods
• Attendance at commissioning and handover after equipment repair
• Coordination of maintenance plans with receiving and operating units
• Annual cost management
• Labour management and allocation of work to maintenance teams
• Implementation of health and safety measures to prevent occupational accidents
• Purchase protective equipment, tools, materials and consumables
• Report at steering committee meetings
• Coordination with relevant departments in case of abnormalities
