ABB is a global leader in industrial technology. Established in Vietnam in 1993, ABB recently has around 900 employees working in three regions across the country to ensure the nationwide presence of the ABB brand. The Head Office and Transformer Factories are located in Hanoi, High Voltage and Medium Voltage Power Product factories are in Bac Ninh, other branch offices are in Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City.
ABB's Power Grid division delivers products, systems, services and software solutions. The products mainly include high voltage products, transformers, grid system and grid automation. The major customers are power value chain serving utility, industry, transportation and infrastructure.
ABB Vietnam currently has an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer who willould be responsible for maintenance activities of production machine systems. Joining our team in Hanoi office and reporting to Facility Manager, your key areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
• Manage erection, installation and maintenance of factory systems.
• Forecast the value of spares and machinery and prepare yearly budget accordingly.
• Prepare and conduct preventive maintenance and conduct root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrence of the problem.
• Maintain and repair HVAC, air compressor, generator, engine, hydraulic systems, other equipment like crane, for lift, air receiver, chain, sling, ladder, measuring tool, etc.
• Work with PM in SAP and own quality for facility and safety.
• Train the maintenance staff for job and safety.
Yêu cầu
- To be considered for this role, you should have university degree in Mechanical engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance and service.
- You should have strong knowledge in AutoCAD and PM-SAP.
This role will suit someone who has good English communication, analytical and problem solving skills.
- The person should be creative, dynamic, customer oriented and ready to work under pressure.
