Mô tả công việc
*** Purpose of the Job/Job Mission:
Plans, directs, administers to controls and manage facilities, equipment.
*** Essential Functions:
- Commercial building management to ensure correct and cost saving:
• Purchasing management; Energy; Services; Materials and installations.
- Technical building management to ensure all equipment always is good and run
• Lighting systems; Maintenance / repairs; Malfunction service; Heating / air conditioning / ventilation; Supply / waste disposal; Building control technology; Energy management; Security technology.
- Infrastructural building management to ensure all thing is good and run.
• Caretaker services; Cleaning services; Maintenance of installations, ready-to-operate; Office management and planning / changes; Parking space management.
- Any other duties as assigned by upper Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or related technical fields.
• English level: Business level.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in foreign manufacturing factories.
• Understanding of manufacturing principles.
*** Working location: Lot B4, Street No.6, Hoa Binh IZ, Nhi Thanh, Thu Thua, Long An
