Propose ideas, plan to improve machines to improve machine performance and worker safety
Spare parts management for production machines
Lead and guide employees to troubleshoot difficult incidents in the factory
Consulting and supporting other departments to handle problems in the factory
Resolve conflicts internally and with other departments
Planning work, managing leave, assessing the working capacity of employees.
Ensure employees always take safe work seriously and maintain 5S continuously at work
Collaborate with other departments to implement improvement projects, build a working system at the factory in the direction of continuous improvement
Planning and implementing projects to process equipment for production needs and factory expansion
Proposing to provide equipment to facilitate employees' work and career development
Plan staff training and development. Organize training courses to improve technical knowledge for employees
Monitor production and maintenance activities in the factory, making sure everything is running smoothly, neatly and safely
Work with and supervise contractors on installations and repairs in the factory
Perform other duties requested by superiors.
Yêu cầu
College/ Bachelor degree in Engineering, Maintenance/ Mechanical/ Electrical
At least 5 years' relevant working experiences
Good knowledge at maintenance of mechanical manufacturing
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
Electrical diagnostic tools to inspect and test all machinery and equipment
Office computer skill (excel, word, PowerPoint...).
AutoCAD software fluently using is prefer
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
