Mall Leasing Team Leader

* Project research and development:
- Analyze the geographical area, demographics in the project area
- The infrastructure and the planning surrounding the project
- Identify / predict trends, evaluate the potential for growth of retail markets.
- Analyze and evaluate retail types
- Market activity (focused on rented and filled ratio)
- Analysis of project position and competitors
- Participate in developing business plans suitable for existing Shopping Mall
- Advising/ Consulting, proactively proposing orientations, models, business lines for the company new Shopping Mall projects.
* Organizing/Performing leasing activities:
- Planning survey and evaluation for each project
- Proproposed the project, the type, the business industry, the brand that fits the location of each project.
- Proposing a suitable rental price strategy and plan according to the market.
- Develop the appropriate rental plan and strategy for each project.
- Coordinate the departments for the impact, support rentals, as well as the rental business operations.
- Advise the BOD on rental support plans and policies
- Introduce, consult, negotiate and perform the leasing of retail spaces under the Company's Shopping Mall project.
- Summarize and update rental progress, Monitoring the state of rental agreements and development issues, as well as in business operations.
- Regular status monitor to rent, liquidation, signing, expiration, and contract renewal, propose plans to maintain the retail occupancy rate.
