We are looking for a 01) Mall Senior Leasing Officer for our upcoming retail projects across Vietnam.
Position Overview:
The Mall Senior Leasing Officer will support the planning and execution of leasing strategies for new retail development projects across Vietnam. This role involves conceptualizing retail layouts and tenant mixes, conducting market research, engaging with potential tenants, and providing administrative support to the leasing team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Strategy
- Assist in developing store concepts, target customer profiles, and floor plans for new mall projects.
- Contribute to defining tenancy mix strategies to ensure optimal brand categories and shopper experience.
- Support the design and zoning of specialized retail areas and differentiation strategies to position the mall competitively.
2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
- Research retail trends, consumer behavior, and mall concepts locally and internationally.
- Provide regular reports on market insights, new content ideas, and competitor activities.
- Prepare benchmarking materials to support decision-making for leasing and project direction.
3. Tenant Engagement & Relationship Building
- Identify and establish early connections with potential tenants for new retail developments.
4. Administrative & Team Support
- Assist with various administrative tasks related to the team.
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HOD.
Yêu cầu
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the leasing department of major shopping malls in Hanoi (e.g., AEON, Vincom, etc.)
- Strong understanding of the Vietnam retail market and consumer trends
- Proven ability to plan and set up store concepts, tenant positioning, floor plans, tenancy mix, and differentiation strategies based on market research
- Knowledge of the shopping mall business model, including profit structure and tenant leasing process
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in effectively managing teams
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and partners
- (Preferred) Experience in opening new retail projects, from concept planning to leasing execution
- (Preferred) Professional background or strong familiarity with the F&B industry
- (Preferred) Understanding of architectural drawings and mall facilities
- (Preferred) Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar layout/design tools
