Responsibilities
Manage and optimize key supply chain partnerships with leading foundry, substrate, and packaging partners in Taiwan to ensure supply continuity and wafer allocations.
Facilitate close communication and alignment across AI and Infrastructure hardware engineering, global supply chain management, and product teams.
Conduct deep analytical evaluations of semiconductor ecosystem dynamics, vendor performance, and hardware capacity constraints to inform executive decision-making.
Organize and lead regional working groups composed of cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex infrastructure and supply chain challenges.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in business development, partnerships, semiconductor supply chain management, or technical program management.
Experience leading cross-functional projects from inception to execution within matrixed environments.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with AI compute hardware, custom accelerators (TPUs/GPUs), or enterprise data center infrastructure.
In-depth knowledge of Taiwan's semiconductor ecosystem, electronic manufacturing service (EMS) and key component supply chains.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with a track record of driving cross-functional alignment.
